What are you willing to do for yourself to be balanced and whole? Do you know your mere thoughts are dictating your reality? If you do then what intentions are you willing to set and how motivated are you to find ways to get there, by shifting your vibration. Intention for the day:
When I wake I like think of things I "get" to do not "have" to do for the day. Make a mental list or jot it down and see how much you can accomplish when you are organized on what you would like to achieve.
Look at them as things i'm so happy i get to do, EVEN IF ITS PAYING BILLS lol shift the perspective to being grateful you have the means to exchange the money. Money is ENERGY!

Make your bed and tidying your space:
Your discipline in making your bed is your devotion to yourself and your energy its your most intimate space.
When your physical objects are in a neat place it shows you're organized in your energy.
Move your body:
You have been still while sleeping so move your body and energy and get it flowing so your day can be more productive.

Affirmations for the day:
I am excited for this day
I am going to have a great day
I am so blessed today
I wake each morning with a smile
I am strong
I am powerful
I release what no longer serves me
I am focused
I will be productive today

I am motivated
I am productive
One of the powerful ways to start your day is to say affirmations in the mirror out loud.

If you notice your thoughts are in a negative place that's ok,, don't be hard on yourself. Do a reset. Do some automatic writing, or journaling. Speak out loud and call your energy back from all time and space and give yourself grace. Spend some time alone and acknowledge you are taken care of and you will get thru this. Facing your shadows as well as your light is just as powerful and productive!! Keeping yourself so busy that you can't feel is counter intuitive to growth. Know that you have people in your energy that love you and have come here to help you get there and evolve.
